iFOAM SUCCESS COACH OPPORTUNiTY

Horsepower Brands is a portfolio company of franchise brands in the home services industry delivering first in class customer service and experiences.

We are hiring a Success Coach for our iFOAM team, which specializes in open cell and closed cell spray foam insulation, attic and crawl space retro fits, New residential construction, insulation removal, air sealing, and blown in-insulation.

We’re looking for a Success Coach who will serve as a primary contact and trusted partner for clients, managing all elements of the post-sales process.

Coach Success
The Success Coach position requires very strong communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with franchisees, be technically proficient to guide franchisees on the day-to-day operations of an office, the ability to effectively train the franchisees on various topics, support the franchisees in understanding various financials tools, be the communication and coordination hub between the home office and Franchisees and other tasks and responsibilities. Ultimately the Success Coach is to support the franchisees by providing brand awareness, training and systems that encourage our franchisees and their associates to realize their profit potential in an ethical and respectable manner.
  • Proactively engage and educate clients through regular meetings, dedicated phone and email communication and tailored support and training efforts
  • Manage customer relationships within a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Work collaboratively across Sales, Implementation, Customer Support, Tech Support and Product teams to lead the successful onboarding of new accounts, understand key client business drivers, and ensure extraordinary customer success and retention
  • Identify and spearhead strategic opportunities for increased customer engagement, advocacy, and growth
  • As each franchisee opens, travel to location to assist with opening processes and training is required.
  • Travel as needed to the franchisee’s location
  • Become a product expert, leveraging this information to deepen client relationships and build continued trust
  • Be a subject matter expert for the industry and maintain an understanding of the ongoing trends
  • Ability to safely climb ladders and enter crawl spaces and attics.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a proactive, customer-facing role (B2B experience a plus); where you easily build relationships.
  • A Minimum of 2 years spray foam insulation application experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with an outgoing personality
  • Proven experience in renewal and expansion success through exceeding retention goals and successfully identifying upsell opportunities
  • Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team settings, with a positive attitude and a team player mentality
  • Able to access attics and crawlspaces
  • Able to safely climb ladders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change oriented, “start-up” like environment
