Refugio “Kukis” Moran owns and operates iFOAM in North Denver. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, she has have lived in Denver since 1999, and loves this community because it feels like home. The beautiful mountains make her feel like she’s living in a postcard. She’s a loyal Denver Broncos fan and loves running the Bolder Boulder race.

Before launching iFOAM, Kukis was the Executive Director of Communications Engineering for Comcast. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management of Communications and Media Technology from Regis University and a master’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Denver. Kukis is passionate about developing leaders and advocating for the inclusion of women and minorities in technology fields.

Away from work, Kukis enjoys volunteering in the community, attending concerts and sporting events, and spending time with her friends, her wife Anna-Maria and their two daughters.

Larson Baird is a Louisville, Colorado native who is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning photography, sheet metal, insulation, marketing, and sales. He has years of insulation experience ranging from marine, mechanical and commercial applications.

A graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver, he has cultivated a well-rounded skill set that blends creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen. Currently serving as our Insulation Consultant, Larson applies his industry knowledge and strategic sales experience to provide accurate and competitive estimates for insulation solutions. His ability to connect with clients, analyze project needs, and deliver tailored recommendations makes him a valuable asset in the field.

Aaron McVay has over 21 years in the spray foam/insulation industry. Aaron has excelled as an installer, owner/operator, sales professional, and trainer. His expertise is backed by certifications from Demilec, Icynene, Bayer, and Carlisle.

A Colorado native who spent time in Michigan, Aaron enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and adventures with his dog Sky when he’s not leading our operations team to deliver exceptional service.
